♥ How do I become a member?
First click on the join now tab on the left hand side of the page. You will need to complete the subscription process. Next you will be directed to the registration page. You will have to wait 24-48 hours while your registration is being approved and your payment is being processed. Once everything is complete and approved you will receive a email (make sure to check your spam box). You can now create you profile. If your profile goes incomplete for more then 1 week it will be deleted.
♥Why was I denied access?
You may have been denied because your payment was denied, your profile was inappropriate, or you were found to be under the age of 18.
♥How do I report inappropriate content/actions?
We at Luv Spell try our hardest to keep track of all profiles but from time to time things may slip by us. So you as members can really help us with this. If you see inappropriate content or have proof of any type of harassment please click on contact us and we will deal with the matter ASAP.
♥Do I have to have PayPal to pay for my membership?
No. You can pay with your credit card. When subscribing you will be prompted to PayPal if you do not have a account just click on the option that says: No PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available).
♥How do I chat with other members?
You must request to become friends and be accepted. Once accepted you can see when they are online by clicking the chat box on the bottom of the page.
♥How do I cancel my membership?
If for any reason ou wish to leave LuvSpell you may do so at any time. Just click on the cancel membership tab and then click the unsubscribe button. You will not recieve a refund for canceling. For those who received a free membership for being one of our first 50 members you will need to click on the contact us tab and send us a message.
